three childern, Fausto, Gianni and Alma.
Second born son Gianni took over framebuilding in 1978, for two years under guidance of Umberto Chiesa - who came three days a week for teaching.
First son was named out of the fathers immeasurable passion for cycling after il campionissimo F.Coppi.
