VeloflexDirekt II

You may remember that I have some problems with VeloflexDirekt. I have paid for an order but have not received anything. And VeloflexDirekt does not respond to phonecalls or e-mails. I can see that I am not the only one that has problems with VeloflexDirekt.
I have made a complaint to Consumer Europe, and I will encourage all with problems with VeloflexDirekt to do the same. You may be able to find your national consumer counsil on these websites:

The more people that make complaints over a bad shop the better chance to stop the bad shops.

Also notice that VeloflexDirekt har a lot of webadresses that all lead to the same shop. I have found a lot, but maybe not all.

I have sent several mails/complaints + personal messages to Pave on this website + phone calls to veloflexdirekt answering machine.
I have only got one answer. 11. april when "Eddie" form veloflexdirekt wrote that they were on business trip to Italy and my tubolars would be sent the coming week. That is now 1½ months ago. Since then I have off course sent mails again to complain and not got an answer. I have mailed both my address and bank information to veloflexdirekt.de and asked them to either send my order or return my money.
As I have told you, I have now made a complaint to Consumer Europe. That is an organisation that tries to help consumers in conflicts with dealers across Europe.
I hope that everybody else that has problems with veloflexdirekt will make a complaint to Consumer Europe.
If I ever get my money back or my tubolars I will off course inform you on this forum. Until then I will inform you how I try to get veloflexdirekt to deliver my order or return my money.

I just tried one more time to mail veloflexdirekt.de. But it seems like the mail address [email protected] is down og maybe even closed.
The website is still open and looks like it has done all of 2007.

Moin,

dann mal kurze Kritik an Coffee! Wo bitte steht, dass ein Thema vom Mod geschlossen werden kann, nur weil es zu dem Thema schon ein oder mehr Freds gibt?!?! Es wurde niemand angegriffen, beschimpft oder erkennbar gelogen und betrogen. Es wurde also völlig willkürlich und nach Gutsherrenart verfahren. Wenn die Begründung von Coffee als Massstab dient, dann kann man in den Unterforen Technik und Fitness jedes zweite Thema geschlossen werden.

Man sollte hier wirklich mal ernsthaft darüber nachdenken wieso und von wem Themen geschlossen werden. Mir fällt nur auf, dass dies fast immer von Coffee ausgeht.

auch ich wurde um 188 Euro betrogen.
Den Fall habe ich detailliert auf meiner Homepage archiviert.

Man gelangt darauf, indem man in google
die Schlagworte "Betrug Veloflexdirekt Veloflex Reifen" eingibt.

Heute habe ich Strafanzeige gestellt.

Hat jemand Erfahrungen mit der Beantragung
eines Mahnbescheides gemacht? Bringt das was?
Oder verschwendet man damit nur nochmal 23 Euro?

Moin,

der Mahnbescheid ist wohl zur Wahrung Deiner Ansprüche zwingend nötig. Zur "Hemmung der Verjährung". Deine Strafanzeige beleuchtet nur die strafrechtliche Seite der Geschichte und bringt Dich bei der Wiedererlangung Deines Geldes keinen Schritt weiter. Der Mahnbescheid ist für das Zivilrecht zuständig.

danke für die kritik. ich bin immer die "böse" weil ich derzeit die einzige bin die moderiert. wieso ich den thread zu gemacht habe, hatte ich begründet, wer mal in den anderen foren quer liest stösst auf mehr als genug infos zu der sache. eine lösung wird es über das/die foren wohl kaum geben. die betroffenen sollten sich zusammenschliessen (per pm oder mail) und entsprechende wege gehen. das wäre sicher effektiver als wenn hier die threads (betreffend veloflex) wie pilze aus dem boden schiessen.
