UK based in Northumberland. Originally from Abersoch in North West Wales.
66 yrs old has been retired for 16 yrs.
I was told to exercise as much as possible when I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in August 2017.
Spivi at local gym using Keizer M3i
Then Covid happened managed to get a Proform TdF2. Just as the world shut down. Joined Bkool until February 2022. Moved to Rouvy & never looked back.
Bike is now a 15 yr old Carrera TdF Ltd edition. Running an upgraded groupset. Linked to a Garmin Flux 2 Smart Trainer. 3-4 hours per day.
Don't enjoy climbing but it's part of cycling.

es ist mir eine große Freude und große Ehre ein neues Projekt ankündigen zu dürfen. Zu allererst geht mein Dank an @karl-rudolf und @Munich-Jens. Zu dritt haben wir diese Idee entwickelt und hoffen, dass sie euch genauso begeistert wie uns

Die „ROUVY RRN Virtual Tour“

Es geht hierbei um ein Ranking System für die Rouvy Rennen. Im Grunde bleiben die bereits etablierten Mittwochs- und Sonntagsrennen so wie sie sind, werden aber Teil der Virtual Tour.
Wir planen, dass ein drittes Rennen pro Woche hinzu kommt. In diesem dritten Rennen...
