Hello from Russia! I have an vintage Diamant frameset, it used hard on Russian roads, then came to me. But i see that this is modified Diamant frameset. Is this a RBL or Elsner frameset? It has number 5867867, i think it means the 1968 manufacturing year. Thank you for any help
