Position: Bicycle Tech Lead
Location: Trek Bicycle Store Hamburg Eppendorf
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Reporting to: Store Manager
About the Role
Do you have a passion for customer service excellence, sharing their enthusiasm for cycling, whilst also having the ability and knowledge to perform all repairs and servicing? Do you have working knowledge of current standards and practices in the bicycle industry?
Manage the workshop and new bike-builds. Protecting 24h service making sure our customers do not have to miss their loved bikes. You practice a culture of clean.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Good German and English skills required.

About the Role

- Providing our customers with a high level of hospitality
- Protect the Trek metrics for running a profitable workshop
- Continuous training on proper techniques and methods
- Sales of service packages, parts and accessories (Service Advisor)
- Maintain professional environment in store and work area
- Understanding product knowledge to answer customer queries properly
- Product demonstrations where necessary
- Repairs on all types of bikes
- Building new bikes for the sales floor
Qualifications and experience required:
- Passionate about cycling
- Previously worked, or currently working in the cycle trade, ideally in a workshop environment
- A willingness to take part in store cycle rides would be a major plus
Good German and English skills required.
